Notes To Self is my first artist book, bringing together almost a decade of painting in one intimate collection, from my early abstract portraits to the women who became My Women. 

I wanted it to be a beautiful object to hold, to touch, to keep on your bookshelf or coffee table. 

But it is also a collection of my words. Small observations, questions, thoughts and fragments that have gathered over the years. They may be thought-provoking, hopefully inspiring, and definitely a window into my mind and my life. 

Across 180 pages, more than 100 paintings trace the evolution of my work over the years.

This is not a catalogue. It is a book to spend time with.

Notes To Self is beautifully produced as a hard-cover book, with natural uncoated paper and thread-sewn binding. I wanted it to feel as considered in your hands as the paintings themselves.
