Returns Policy

I hope you love your artwork, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your original painting within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact me at studio@annasudbinastudio.com with your order number, painting title and the reason for return.
I will reply with return instructions.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
Once received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
I recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns.
In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receipt. This right excludes custom or personalised items.

Artworks purchased in person at art fairs, exhibitions, or studio visits are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase. 

Limited edition prints: As each print is made to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases once printing has begun.

On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let me know immediately so I can send a replacement where appropriate. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to studio@annasudbinastudio.com so I can help.
