SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping prices depend on destination, size and weight and will be added at checkout. If you are in London, a free studio collection can be organised. Please contact me with any shipping queries and I will be happy to help.
SHIPPING INFO
I tend to dispatch all my orders within 5 working days. I will provide the tracking reference and shipping confirmation once it has been dispatched.
Delivery time will vary depending on the country of destination.
In some cases, collectors will pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence. For further information about these fees, you may check with your country's custom office.
For credit card and PayPal users, charge will be made in GBP (£) and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Refunds will also be processed in GBP (£).

All invoices will be sent on a monthly basis through my site directly to your email, and will be due for payment on delivery of invoice.
By making the deposit payment you agree to the above terms.

RETURNS POLICY (original paintings)
It's OK to change your mind. I have a no-hassle 14-day return policy for all original paintings purchased online.
Simply return the undamaged artwork within that period and I will process a full refund minus any shipping fees. You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping to my London studio.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Artworks purchased in person at art fairs, exhibitions, or studio visits are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase.

SECURE PAYMENTS
None of your financial information is stored on my website's servers. The payment process is completely PCI compliant - verified and secured by Shopify. All sensitive customer data is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). For more info, please read my privacy policy
PRINTS POLICY
All prints are made to order and produced with archival pigments on museum-grade paper. Each piece is printed and dispatched locally in the UK, Europe, or the USA to ensure exceptional quality and smooth worldwide delivery without additional import taxes where possible.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Orders are usually printed and dispatched within 2–5 working days. Estimated delivery times are:
UK, Europe, USA & Canada: 6–10 working days
Rest of the world: 6–15 working days
These are average estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, or seasonal factors.
DAMAGED OR DELAYED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact me with photographs of the issue as soon as you receive your prints (within 3 days of delivery). Once the damage has been assessed, I will send a replacement free of charge.
To preserve the integrity of the limited edition, I may ask that the damaged print be returned or that you provide clear video evidence of its destruction before a replacement is issued.
Normal postal delays or customs hold-ups are not eligible for refunds.
CHANGE OF MIND (PRINTS RETURNS POLICY)
As each print is made to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases once printing has begun.
